The McCarthy HITT – Next NGA West JV design/build team is excited to advance to the next phase of the Next NGA West procurement process. Our team will pursue the approximately $800 million facility in St. Louis, Missouri. We are hosting a Small Business & Subcontractor Outreach event to share the latest information regarding the procurement process and walk through timing and bidding information followed by networking time with your applicable work group. You will be able to speak with key representatives from McCarthy HITT, our design team Black & Veatch Gensler Joint Venture, and team members Castle Contracting, Fluor, Icon Mechanical, and Sachs Electric.

In addition, we will host a Small Business Education Session after the pursuit update and networking time. Are you a firm that qualifies as M/W/DBE, but don’t know if you qualify as a Small Business? Stick around, and we’ll help you learn how to find out! As a Federal contract, the Next NGA West project will require Small Business inclusion versus the M/W/DBE status we typically experience with St. Louis municipalities or agencies. Representatives from PTAC will be on hand to assist.
